Joe Jonas is opening up about finding strength through his daughters.

On a recent episode of Hey Jonas!, the new podcast he hosts alongside brothers Nick Jonas and Kevin Jonas, the Music for People Who Believe in Love musician, 36, got real about being a "single dad" to his children and shared how they have given him "purpose" and a "reason to be alive," per Page Six. Joe shares two daughters with ex-wife Sophie Turner: Willa, 5, and Delphine, 3.

"I think in my saddest moments, I'm able to be reminded quickly that a hug from them can solve the world's problems, in my own world," he said. "And I know I'm not hyper unique. There are a lot of people in my situation that are single parents and go through this."

The Jonas Brothers singer also made a rare comment about his co-parenting dynamic with the Game of Thrones alum, 30, noting that he is "grateful" for the relationship they have forged for their daughters following their 2023 split. He added that the support system he has surrounded himself with also helps him through the difficult times.

"I'm grateful that I have a co-parent that I can balance even the bad days," he said. "But I think being able to have good people around me to help me navigate it is really special, and they've taught me that I'll be okay. Even in my toughest days."

Jonas filed for divorce from Turner in September 2023 after four years of marriage, sharing a joint statement at the time announcing their "united decision" to "amicably end" their marriage. The exes have since forged an "important" co-parenting relationship for their daughters, with a source telling People in July 2025 that they have gotten into a good "co-parenting rhythm."

"There's a mutual respect now, and the girls are their priority," the source said. "Joe and Sophie have hit a surprisingly peaceful groove, and they've maintained an amicable relationship from two continents, which isn't easy, but they've managed to pull it off."
