Time for another River Reviews with Lights Camera Jackson!
For the weekend of March 3rd, Jackson shares his thoughts on the following:
"Creed III" (In Theaters): It's the third installment in the "Rocky" spinoff series. Michael B. Jordan returns to star, and he directs this one. Tessa Thompson and Jonathan Majors co-star. (Jackson has seen this film.)
"Operation Fortune" (In Theaters): New action/thriller directed by Guy Ritchie starring Jason Statham, Aubrey Plaza and Hugh Grant, which Jackson has also seen.
Also, Best Animated Feature Oscar nominee, "Marcel the Shell with Shoes On" is making its TV debut Friday, 3/3 at 9pm on Showtime (and re-airs Saturday, 3/4 at 5:30pm). Jackson interviewed director Dean Fleischer Camp when it was first in theaters last summer (and has met star Jenny Slate).
