Eat These To Stay Awake After a Bad Night's Sleep

It happens to all of us.  You get a bad night's sleep and you are just dragging at work the next day.  I usually call those a Mountain Dew day.  There are other options.  I saw this article and thought I'd share.

If you eat these energy-boosters.  They'll help keep you awake:

  • Aged Cheese.  Who doesn't like cheese?
  • Dark Chocolate.  'nuff said
  • Bananas.  These are supposed to work better than an energy drink
  • Almonds
  • Salmon.  Your co-workers will love you if you get it extra hot in the microwave
