Easy Ways To Relax Without Wine

Came across this article.  The headline was "Easy Ways to Relax Without Wine".  Hey let's face it you can always just grab a glass of wine.  Here are a few other ways to get rid of some stress at the end of a long day.

  • Use your Weekend to relax & rest.  Instead of meeting for drinks go to a yoga class or on a walk with your friends...or alone if you just need to get away
  • Set some Social Media limits.  Social media can increase your stress level.  Especially if everyone else seems to be having more fun than you are
  • Indulge Yourself for a day.  It's OK to sleep in, made a delicious dinner, push aside emails or maybe eat something nutritious just for you
  • Create a peaceful nighttime routine.  Some candles, a little stretching maybe.  A bath and a good book.  If you have kids...good luck with this one or plan this after bed time
