- Use your Weekend to relax & rest. Instead of meeting for drinks go to a yoga class or on a walk with your friends...or alone if you just need to get away
- Set some Social Media limits. Social media can increase your stress level. Especially if everyone else seems to be having more fun than you are
- Indulge Yourself for a day. It's OK to sleep in, made a delicious dinner, push aside emails or maybe eat something nutritious just for you
- Create a peaceful nighttime routine. Some candles, a little stretching maybe. A bath and a good book. If you have kids...good luck with this one or plan this after bed time
