Get Migraines? These Kitchen Items May Help

Do you get migraines?  They are like regular headaches "turned up to 11" and then some.  I saw one article that said they may be more painful than childbirth.

Some times medicine is no help at all.  Wanted to share this article.  It says there are things in your kitchen that may help.

Things like:

  • Coffee
  • Drinking Salt Water
  • Eating Dark Green Veggies and Nuts
  • Vitamin B12 
  • Cayenee Pepper
