Tomorrow is the 39th annual Freihofer's Run for Women in down town Albany. It's not too late to sign up! There is last chance registration today from Noon till 7pm at the Armory at Sage Colleges at 130 New Scotland Ave. Albany. It's at the Health and Fitness Expo at the Armory.
