With the River Cares for Kids Radiothon coming up, this story touched my heart. Over the years we have met so many family who have had children in the NICU. Unfortunately not all of the stories have happy endings.
This story It is sad but sweet and thoughtful at the same time. Millie and Louis found out they were having twins. Callie was born and is healthy, Unfortunately Skye was lost shortly after birth. People knew they were having twin but didn't know what happened and congratulated them on having twins. As you can imagine their hearts broke.
The Purple Butterfly "Skye High Foundation" was created to help. The butterfly It's an acknowledges the lost brother or sister. It's a small way to help families through such difficult times. They ask that you let as many people know about this as possible. Find out more here.
