I just read that having a bad boss is good for you?!? This article says that workers seem to be happier if their bosses don't give them much support and are left to figure things out on their own. It saws that when you are burned out its better for you to just figure it out on your own and that bosses should only offer support when asked.
So the bottom line I got out of this is that when you are "emotionally exhausted" at work figure it out yourself and you'll be happier. Now just leave me alone! :)
