One of the scariest things you can do is write down your goals BUT it is SO SO good for you! My friend Crystal started her own leadership company (shout out Nobility Leadership!) and for my birthday she got me a goals journal 😱The journal helps your write out your values, goals, and ideal life. I've never had to do this before and it was eye-opening. It actually kind of calmed me down and helped me put things in order for once.
I love the style of the journal I have from kikki.K, everything they do is Swedish style and I'm personally a fan of Swedish everything. It's always nice and neat so the aesthetic of the journal is inviting and doesn't clutter your brain while you're trying to write out your goals.
