Stress and anxiety are some big time feelings right now around the world. Here in the Capital Region is no different. One way I thought could benefit so many of us was to do some yoga.
I've done yoga a couple of times, and while it can be challenging for the inflexible like myself, it is very calming and relaxing. I think that is just what we need right now.
My friend Sabrina was kind enough to do an entire class for us to share with you. This is a beginners class for all levels of yogis, so don't feel intimidated.
