When it comes to sleep I am willing to bet that most of us aren't getting enough. Some of us are getting too much, which doesn't help out either, but did you know that according to a new study from Mattress Clarity that 29.5% of people on New York only get 5 hours of sleep a night?
I love my sleep, so I don't let anything get in the way of the recommended 7-8 hours. However more than a quarter of the state doesn't feel the same way.
What makes me the most nervous about this is the fact that it could mean dangerous situations around us all.
On the road someone who is tired could be just as dangerous as a drunk driver, so that is something to consider.
They based this survey on information gathered from adults ages 18-65+ and asked about 2,500 people.
