Thanks to Leslie Knope we now have a day to celebrate all of our lady friends. That day is today, February 13th. It's always the day before Valentine's Day.
Usually it's brunch with ladies celebrating ladies. They day where they leave their husbands and lovers to celebrate themselves.
What's incredible about Galentine's Day is that it has become quite the phenomenon. They're even turning it into an unofficial Holiday for the #MeToo movement. More on that here.
