"Why hello there, my name is Capricorn and it appears as though our stars have aligned! I know you're in the market for a dog, but with me you'd be getting a GOAT - the greatest of all time, that is! No really, I'm not kidding! Let me convince you: I'm a young, active pup who loves to have a good time. My favorite pastimes include playing with toys and eating plenty of treats. I have a sit that is as precious as garnet and would be happy to show you in exchange for a snack or two. I would definitely be interested in learning more skills to keep me grounded, like a true Earth sign! Since I do get so excited about life in general and am still working on reeling in some of my exuberance, I think I would do best in a home with older kids. I might enjoy living with another pup to party with, but we would need to meet first to make sure we're a good pair. If you still can't baaa-lieve how great of a dog I am, take that as your sign to come to the shelter to meet me and take me home, gosh garnet!"
