Labor Day has come and gone. You're downing your punkin' spice whatever fall is in the air and leaf peeping isn't fall off. I saw in the TU today that Amtrak's "Great Dome Car" has been retired. We won't be able to sit up top and look at the colors on a ride up to Montreal. We'll have to look out the side windows like everyone else. I guess the car was made back in the 1950s and it's just getting to the point that it costs too much to maintain it. Kind of sad. Maybe it can be parked some where and made into an awesome diner.
