I would like to start by saying THANK YOU! Thank you to EVERYONE who has been a part of my journey that began way back on October 1st, 2001. On July 19th, 2019 my journey will reach it's Endgame (sorry - but I had to include an Avengers reference!). My family and I have decided to move to Florida! It's long been a dream of ours and we finally found the courage and pathway to make it happen! Everything has lined up just the way it needed to and we couldn't be more excited! And although we look forward to our new life ahead there are many things we leave behind that makes us sad. Certainly one of the hardest things to leave behind is you guys. Since 2001, I've seen many many changes, met many friends and listeners, and made unforgettable memories. There are so many great people that work in this industry and I will miss all of you! There are too many people to thank so I will miss many of you - and for that I'm sorry - but I would like to thank my boss, Randy McCarten who has always believed in me and given me so many chances and endured all my teasing of him through the years. Randy always makes time for you and is always fair and a GREAT boss! My original co-hosts, Randi and Tred! To Tred...we've had so many laughs over the years and we still remain friends today! To Randi...thank you for believing in me, having my back ALWAYS, and be instrumental in every piece of my professional career! To Shanna...I spent the most time with you as my co-host, we had such great chemistry together and I was proud to watch you meet the love of your life and get married and am proud you remain so successful today! I loved every moment with you! AND...to Tracy...you ROCK! You are so funny, a wonderful story teller, a kind kind person and I couldn't have asked for a better co-host to take over after Shanna! One of THE hardest parts about leaving the show is leaving you! (Of course...I said I couldn't thank everyone...but a few more names of great friends and memories include Jaime Roberts from 98.3 WTRY, Marketing Director Jill Manti, Sales Guru Alan Green, BJ the Web Guy, our incredible production master, Dan 'Duke' Mussman, The Great Ryan Murray, Sara Bonafide, Big Hair Jeff, Joe Yerdon and many many more!!! Thank you for the memories!!)
I'll close with this...the same way I started...to YOU...our listener...THANK YOU! Without you, none of this would have been possible!! There's great days ahead for 99.5 The River...and hopefully, one day...through the magic of radio and iHeartMedia I can be lucky enough to return...but until that day...see you in the movies!
