Abe Lincoln & John Wilkes Booth's Albany Connection

Yesterday was officially President's Day. It also marked the day 158 years ago that President Abe Lincoln and his assassin were both in Albany. If you remember, John Wilkes Booth was an actor and he was in town doing a show just a few blocks away from where the President was that day. According the Channel 6 News the President was at the Governor's mansion for a dinner. They didn't meet that day, but four years later Wilkes killed the President at Ford's Theater in DC.

Now to the similarities between Presidents Lincoln and Kennedy. It seems not all of what we have heard as facts are indeed facts.
