January 1st brings the annual Lake George Polar Plunge. Great news! You can still jump into the freezing water for the fun of it! Actually you'll also be helping out the Shriner's Hospital Pediatric Rehab program and local fire departments with your $10 donation.
You can sign up Monday 12/31 from 11a-5pm at Duffy's Tavern in Lake George or starting at 10am at Duffy's on New Year's Day. The plunge will start at 1pm.
If you are wondering, the weather on New Year's day should be in the low 40s.
