We are both big movie buffs, so when we see a list like this, we immediately start to pick it apart!
There are so many great movies out there, it hardly seems possible to rate the top 100, but someone tried...and we have issues with it!
Let's preface this by saying we are somewhat informed, having each seen about 50% of the ones that made this list. Of those, there are a few that Kevin feels have no business being on the list in the first place (for example, Gravity and Blade Runner).
Furthermore, while Tracy agrees that The Departed should be on the list; and Kevin agrees that Raiders of the Lost Ark should have its place here, they are rated in the 90s, which is way too low! And what the heck is The Silence of the Lambs doing at #76 and Shawshank at #58?!
Finally, why, oh why is A Few Good Men and One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest not on the list at all?!
