Niall Horan Shares "Finally Free" Music Video

Back in July Niall Horan released "Finally Free" — an upbeat pop/folk bop that will be featured on the soundtrack of the upcoming animated film, Smallfoot. On Wednesday (September 12), the former One Direction member shared a video for the uplifting anthem.

The clip splices live footage of Horan and his band performing the song with scenes from the movie. "When you're right here beside me, there's nothing else I need/ Your eyes keep me reminded that nothing's out of reach," he sings during the track's chorus. "When you're with me, it feels like I'm finally free/ Feels like I'm finally free."

Smallfoot is voiced by a star-studded cast including Channing Tatum, James Corden, Gina Rodriguez, LeBron James, Danny DeVito, Common, and Zendaya. The film flips a well known myth on its head by following the story of a young Yeti named Migo (Tatum) who discovers that humans exist and consequently gets his community in an uproar about what other creatures may be lurking outside their snowy village.

"From the minute I seen a small clip from it, I was in straight away," Horan tweeted when he announced his contribution to the movie's soundtrack. "It’s a must see."

Smallfoot is set to hit theaters on September 28 via Warner Bros. Pictures.
