I've been trying to lose about 10 pounds. OK I'm not trying real hard but I some times eat more veggies and limit my portions...sometimes. Maybe it would help if I skipped dessert. I am wondering if it will help if I keep this video on my phone and watch it just before I think of eating something.
This is probably the most disgusting looking dessert I have ever seen. Does this look good to anyone? Anyone at all?
The second photo is also going to be on my phone in case the first one causes too much of a negative reaction. I really gotta find something in between to get rid of these 10 pounds...although I hear the popularity of the "Dad Bod" is really on the rise.
