We all get stressed out. I find my self taking deep breaths several times a day. It's supposed to help. I'm not exactly a Zen master though. Meditation is supposed to help. Breathe in through your nose and out your mouth slowly 10 times...we've all heard that.
There is a new necklace with what looks like a whistle at the end that you can exhale through for 10 seconds 5 times in a row that is supposed to get you in a "Zen State". It comes in a few silver, gold and trendy rose. Here's the link. Can't hurt. If nothing else maybe the dog will come when you use it.
