Upstate New York Reverse Rett Syndrome Family Fundraiser

Rett Syndrome is a rare, severe neurological disorder that causes breathing difficulties, seizures, anxiety, gastrointestinal and many orthopedic issues. Most children and adults who suffer from Rett Syndrome cannot walk or talk and often require a lifetime of 24/7 care.

The Upstate New York Reverse Rett committee, are partnering with the Rett Syndrome Research Trust, an organization whose sole focus is to find and fund a cure for Rett Syndrome. In 3 years, the Upstate New York community has raised almost $1 million dollars for Rett Syndrome Research, making the 518 one of the largest contributors to the Trust’s ‘Roadmap to Cures’ nationwide drive.

A Family Fun event with everything from live music, large tents, food trucks, drinks, raffles, corn-hole, a motorcade, auctions, sponsorships, and plenty of kid-friendly activities such as a bounce-slide, dunk booth, face painting, rock -wall climbing, and much more.
