Music history is something that I have always tried to keep up on. Chart history is fascinating to me. How long a major song remained there, and Huey Lewis and the News had a few.
They released The Power of Love for Back to the Future and on August 24, 1985 it began a two week run at number one on the charts. it remained in that spot before being taken down by John Parr's classic, "St. Elmo's Fire."
I'm not sure what festival or event this is from, but it's a 1985 performance, and you can watch it above. These guys sounded amazing live.
