restaurant in Cincinnati, Ohio has signs posted all over its restaurant that read "No tipping".

They've been getting a lot of heat about it, but they've come out to tell the public WHY they have these signs.

Instead of having their staff rely on tips, they pay a higher wage ($10/hr), or they pay their servers a percentage (20%) of their sales.

Some people love the idea, and others say they don't like it because they feel that their service wouldn't be as great since the servers know they will not be receiving tips.
