This week at The Crossings, our Intermediate Group ran 7 minutes, then walked 2 minutes. We ran this cycle 3 times. 


The first set was awful. I had this painful cramp in my side, and one of our coaches said it was probably because I was dehydrated. "How could this be?" I asked. Oh, probably because I drank one too many cocktails Saturday night with friends in Saratoga, and it was still affecting me. Oops.


We know we're supposed to drink water... we're told this all the time. But, if you want to spice up your water a little, try 4C Sugar Free Energy Stix! That way, you won't be cramping up like silly old me!
