That is not the world largest bowl of guacamole. It was actually about 9000 pounds heavier and it was made in the parking lot of the Jets football game last weekend.
It was made with some of the following:
- 9800 Avocados
- 700 Tomatoes
- 25 bulbs of garlic (not enough in my opinion)
- 32 pounds of cilantro (the secret ingredient)
- 20 gallons of lime juice
After the broke the recorded they donated the guac to area food banks
