Former Beatle Paul McCartney is slated to kick off his "Out There" U.S. Tour 2014 on Saturday, July 5, with his first-ever performance in Albany. The tour includes stops in cities where the rock legend has never played before. Other cities where “Sir Paul” will be making his concert debut include Lubbock, TX, Missoula, MT, Louisville, KY, and Greensboro, NC.

Over the course of the run, McCartney will also headline the final concert at San Francisco's Candlestick Park, where The Beatles played the last show of their final tour 48 years ago.

The tour has 20 confirmed stops, but more dates are expected to be added. McCartney was forced to delay the start of this leg of the tour after he contracted a virus, which left him hospitalized in Japan back in May. Make-goods for all the postponed shows have been set for October, and McCartney has said he intends to fill the gaps in his schedule with more shows.
