Sheriff Craig Apple says a woman who noticed something amiss was the first to alert them to what became a massive identity theft case.  The victim knew that the only place she had given out sensitive information was at a local hospital.<PSI_END_OBJECT>

That led to the arrest of two people, Suzette Guzman-Moore and her  boyfriend Emmett Woods.  Guzman-Moore, working as a nurse at Albany Medical Center had access to the woman’s information.

Over 50 cases of identity theft are currently attached to Guzman-Moore and Woods, but Sheriff Apple says there is evidence of many more possible victims.

Guzman-Woods had also trained at several other local hospitals.
