State police have charged a 24 year old Coxsackie man with 3 felonies in an accident on the Thruway that killed two people.

It happened near Exit 25 Friday night.  Troopers say Tyler Pascuzzi was driving at a high rate of speed when his car struck another car then continued on and hit a tractor trailer.

The force of that collision sheared Pacuzzi's car in half.  The two passengers in the car, 23 year old Cody Veverka of Cairo, and 24 year old Alicia Tamboia of Wingdale, were ejected from the car and died in the accident.

Pascuzzi is charged with Aggravated Vehicular Homicide, Vehicular Manslaughter and Manslaughter - the three felony counts.  He also faces a DWI charge.
