A Rensselaer man is charged with breaking into a home in Clifton Park and stealing some credit cards when the family was on vacation, according to the NYSP.

Michael Anderson, 24, of Rensselaer then used the cards at several businesses and pawned a few things he took from the house, investigators said.

He is charged with Burglary (2nd Degree, Class-C Felony) and arraigned in the Town of Halfmoon Court by Justice Lester Wormuth. Anderson was sent to the Saratoga County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail or $5,000 bond and is due back in court on August 26.
