A Hudson Valley man faces felony charges for flying a drone near a medical facilty.

David Beesmer piloted the device with a video camera within 10-feet of some windows into exam rooms, where patients and staff spotted the peeping drone.

Beesmer took to Facebook to admit his "huge error in judgment." He says the drone's camera did not record anyone inside due to tinted windows. He also vows to "keep droning."

State Police say the Lake Katrine resident faces unlawful surveillance and will appear in Ulster Court.
